Job Overview
We are currently looking for a strong, capable person to help deliver appliances into residential homes.
This position is Part Time. The hours are mostly Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to Noon but some days will require longer or modified hours depending on delivery locations and scheduled delivery times.
Duties will include helping pick product and loading the truck, careful and safe delivery into our client’s homes, receipts of products into our warehouse, inventory counts and other duties as assigned.
Must have a valid driver’s licence, strong back and a willingness to learn and work within our small team. Lift truck and or cube van experience is an asset.
Duties
- Assist delivery with loading, unloading, and transporting appliances safely to customer locations and move them into homes
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with inventory management by verifying delivered items against orders and documenting any discrepancies
- Receive inbound deliveries and put materials into inventory
Requirements
- Physical stamina to lift heavy appliances, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks safely
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
