Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Assistant Manager. The successful candidate must be fully available to work anytime during store operations, including weekends, as weekends are our peak business days. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, leading a team, and managing overall store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of employees to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Conduct interviews, recruit, and hire qualified candidates for open positions
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team members' skills and performance
- Implement efficient time management strategies to optimize store operations
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers or resolving issues
