Job description:
Dvine Glass. is a family-owned manufacturer of Fabricated Glass Products, CNC, Edge and Polish, Tempering, Insulated Glass Units and Lamination. in Lindsay Ont. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing equipment running at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems) to minimize downtime
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on, CNC, Edge and Wash, Tempering Furnace, Insulated Glass Line, compressors, and plant support systems
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues including motors, drives, sensors, heaters, PLCs, and control circuits
- Replace and repair mechanical components (bearings, belts, chains, gears, etc.) and pneumatic systems
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and flag recurring issues to management
- Work closely with production teams to ensure safe, efficient equipment operation
- Follow all safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude combined with solid electrical troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience maintaining equipment in Glass Fabrication manufacturing environment (strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, motors, sensors, basic controls, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is an asset
- Willingness to learn company-specific equipment
