Duties

- Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support and addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product visibility in the market.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and applications.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market analysis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales or account management role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to meeting client needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in the food industry is an asset
