Crescent Dental Group is seeking a motivated, energetic, and patient-focused Dental Administrator with experience of dental AR and insurance payments to join our team at Crescent Heights Dental in Calgary, Alberta.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of dental or administrative experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering excellent patient care.
The Opportunity
As a Dental Administrator, you are the face of our practice and the first point of contact for our patients. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, professional, and enjoys building strong patient relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
- Update and maintain patient personal and medical information
- Perform chart audits
- Utilize RecallMax to schedule and manage appointments
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries
- Help patients understand treatment recommendations and insurance benefits
- Process patient payments and maintain accurate records
- Complete day-end reconciliation and reporting
- Assist the Office Manager with month-end procedures, reporting, and A/R
- Assist with additional administrative duties as required
Position Schedule (Full-Time)
Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (2–3 Saturdays per month)
- Days off would be either Thursday/Sunday or Friday/Sunday
- Shifts may change depending on holidays and operational coverage-Flexibility is appreciated
