YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define BRPMS department strategy for each fiscal year.
Plan and execute the strategic planning procedure.
Coordinate the efforts of change management.
Work with the management team in the selection and monitoring of the fiscal year initiatives.
Follow up with the management team on indicators and action plans. Coordinate efforts to have them reviewed annually and make necessary adjustments to metrics and objectives.
Coordinate the efforts and implementation of the BRPMS team.
Communication and benchmark with the coordinators of BRPMS of the other sites.
Coordinate the deployment and implementation of BRPMS along the different areas and shifts.
Plan along with responsible (Managers, General Supervisor, Supervisors and Engineers) the activities, strategy deployment and assure the correct plan follow up.
Support during the development, deployment and integration of new tools (Tech & soft).
Collaborate with the responsible of the areas, contribute on the continuous improvement, support on plan deployment and support during the implementation stages.
Assure the participation of the BRPMS team during implementation stages, developing along with the area responsible a plan that includes the correct communication.
Coach and guide during the learning of competences. Identify the concrete competences that must be develop, create development plans and evaluate the learning.
Develop and provide the training needed for the full implementation of the philosophy and tools to be deployed. The candidate must have the conditions to develop, learn and understand the different tools and topics through investigation, available literature and benchmark. Develop and provide training related.
Any other task or responsibility assign by immediate boss.
Participate on activities related to HR.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Professional career on Engineering or Industrial Administration and experience on pertinent discipline.
3 years minimum experience on manufacturing company in contact with Lean Manufacturing tools and the implementation of them.
Fluente English speaking and writing
Lean Manufacturing tools:
WPO (5s, visual management and 7 waste)
