HR Specialist
Term: 6Months + Ext
Location: The HRSS team is based in Ottawa but the work is 100% remote (facilitated through MS Teams)

SCOPE
We are looking for an HR Specialist who will be a key contributor to our Human Resources Shared Services team in the areas of payroll and benefits. Our mission is to provide HR support to our workforce with timely and accurate HR information.
DUTIES
Provide HR Administration support to Innovapost workforce by responding to HR request and questions in the areas of payroll, benefits, policies, procedures, etc.
Support HR colleagues in addressing cross-functional HR issues.
Support the development, implementation and the management of various HR processes, tools and systems to improve processes and reporting capability.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Must Have:
3-5 years of experience within HR field (understanding full HR spectrum, process & policies).
2 years’ experience in client service delivery
Breadth and depth of knowledge in HR functions
College Diploma or higher in Business administration, Commerce, HR, or related field
Nice to have:
Experience with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors)
Experience using SharePoint
Experience with Ceridian Dayforce (is an asset)
