A coffee and food lover, Analog baristas are dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality and quality products to all Analog guests and team members. They are as passionate about coffee as they are about the community they’re embedded in. Collaborative, enthusiastic, and energetic by nature, our baristas create a welcoming and memorable café experience every day.
We are currently interviewing for a full-time barista position. You’re a great fit if you have:
- Experience working in specialty coffee and/or cafés
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service, with a friendly "can do" attitude
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently, multi-task, and learn quickly.
- Willing to learn and adapt to changes as new procedures and policies are implemented.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. At least one weekend day is a requirement at the moment.
