Responsibilities:
- Stocking shelves with grocery items and ensuring proper organization
- Rotating products to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Assisting customers with finding products and answering their questions
- Operating cash registers and handling transactions accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the store aisles and shelves
- Monitoring inventory levels and notifying management of low stock
- Following all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-stocked and organized store
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
Note: Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
