Comprehend and interpret project documents to develop and/or adhere to project WBS and detailed schedule specifications.
Working with the estimating or project team, develop plans for implementation through all phases of a project.
Construct the project schedule based on the initial plan for approval.
Ensure proper logic is applied to the schedule, that it is technically sound and adheres to contract specifications.
Set initial baseline and maintain baselines through change management for the project life.
Lead the schedule analysis with the project team and provide relevant data to support all levels of decision making.
Develop and implement change and recovery plans where necessary.
Analyze subcontractor schedules and integrate with master project schedule.
Implement progress measurements and validate progress mainly through witnessing.
Resource and cost load schedules based on contract requirements.
Provide all time based reporting as required by project and contract.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Ability to read, understand and interpret drawings and contracts preferred
Experience working with relational databases an asset
1-3 years’ experience in the construction industry preferred
Post-secondary education would be considered an asset
Capacity to perform under pressure with multiple priorities
