Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Heavy Equipment/Dump Trucks/Diesel engines
Area of Specialization: Engine repair, Diesel engines
Duties to Include (but not limited to): Diagnosing/repairing faults and malfunctions, performing oil changes on heavy equipment, testing/adjusting repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications. Clean machines and immediate work areas, pick up parts. Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor.
IMPORTANT APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants MUST have a MINIMUM of 3+ years of experience with Heavy Equipment/Dump Trucks/Diesel engines
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with a requirement to work alternating Saturdays
- Applicants must currently hold a clean and valid Driver’s License
- Applicants must be physically capable of lifting and moving items 50+ lbs
- Applicants must be able to multi-task as instructed
- Applicants must be reliable, motivated and willing to learn
- PPE is required for this position
The successful applicant must submit the following safety certificates prior to the start of work:
- Worker Health & Safety Awareness in 4 Steps certificate
- Valid WHMIS-15 certificate
**NOTE: Starting salary will be determined based on relevant experience and overall qualifications
