Budtender – Queens Cannabis Co. (Lower Mainland)

We're seeking individuals who are driven by results, provide outstanding customer service, and want opportunities to grow into leadership positions.
What You'll Do
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by confidently recommending products and educating customers on their options
- Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and personalized recommendations
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Verify customer identification and ensure strict compliance with all cannabis regulations and company policies
- Accurately process transactions and handle cash and payment systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
- Stay informed on new products, promotions, and industry developments
- Assist with inventory, merchandising, restocking, and loss prevention initiatives
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive, professional, and compliant store environment
What We're Looking For
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- At least 1 year of retail, customer service, or sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and confidently recommend products
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a professional work ethic
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Cannabis knowledge is an asset, but a willingness to learn is just as important
- Selling It Right certification, or the ability to obtain it before starting
