We specialize in trenchless sewer and water service replacements using pipe bursting and CIPP lining technologies, while also providing conventional open-cut excavation and replacement services for residential, commercial, and municipal clients.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to help drive new business opportunities and support our expanding operations.
Work Location
This is an office-based role. Office located in De Winton, Alberta.
Hybrid work environment with work-from-home flexibility available on Tuesdays and Fridays following successful onboarding and training.
Responsibilities
- Prepare residential sewer and water replacement estimates based on field estimator notes and sewer inspections.
- Develop commercial and municipal proposals and bid submissions.
- Review project costs, pricing, and profitability.
- Review sewer camera inspection videos and provide recommendations and budget pricing.
- Prepare estimates and reports for customers.
- Search tender websites and procurement portals for upcoming project opportunities.
- Monitor municipal, commercial, and infrastructure bid opportunities throughout Western Canada.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of tenders, RFPs, and municipal proposals.
- Develop scopes of work and proposal documentation.
- Follow up on submitted estimates and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of bids, proposals, and sales opportunities.
- Support business development initiatives and help identify new revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, municipalities, and industry partners.
- Support the office team with project coordination and administrative tasks.
- Assist with scheduling, customer communications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate information flow between customers, field staff, and office personnel.
- Help maintain organized project files, records, and tracking systems.
- Provide general administrative support to assist with daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management within the construction industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials pricing, and industry standards.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in Construction Management, Project Management, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
