Duties
- Prepare and cook shawarma and other grilled dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Operate grills, rotisseries, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station to ensure food safety and hygiene
- Serve customers promptly with friendly, attentive service while taking care to meet their preferences
- Follow food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations

Skills
- Proven experience in food service, cooking, or kitchen environments, especially with grilling or shawarma preparation
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
