Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cook/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and delivering exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen environment and interact with customers. Must have availability on afternoons and weekends.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Assist in meal preparation, including meat, vegetables, and sauces
- Ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Handle food with proper hygiene and sanitation practices
- Serve food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays (mainly afternoons & weekends)
