Casual Shifts
Must have experience in long-term care facilities.
With a focus on senior living, the Licensed Practical Nurse performs duties in accordance within his or her scope of practice set out by the BCCNM as well as company (senior living sites) policies and procedures.
Summary of responsibilities, but not limited to, include assessment of residents; medication administration; wound care; documentation; liaising with physicians, community agency representatives, families, and volunteers; supervision of staff; and other duties as per senior living facility.
Qualifications:
- BCCNM Registration - Nurse in good standing
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search - Negative
- TB Skin Test within 6 Months
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR/BLS Certificate
