The Systems and Technologies group develops computer equipment, software and systems to meet the needs of manufacturing operations. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team and take part in major projects applying Industry 4.0 concepts.
As Software Engineer, you will participate in information system development for vehicle assembly line operations, working on a diverse range of projects with teams from BRP’s manufacturing facilities around the world.
YOUR KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Develop and deploy software solutions to meet manufacturing needs
Take part in architecture decision making and setting of technological priorities
Understand internal clients’ needs and propose solutions
Define technical specifications for solutions
Plan and coordinate the work of consultants
Support manufacturing operations and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, software engineering, computer science or another relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in object‑oriented programming (Java, .NET)
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
Functional bilingualism (English/French)
Knowledge of the following is an asset:
