Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Associate to manage our client's showroom and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage the showroom, including product displays, pricing, and tagging.
- Assist customers with product selection and sales.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Process customer orders and support the sales team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom.
- Travel to customer or company locations as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, showroom, or furniture sales.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required); SAP is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle are required, as this position involves travel.
