Job Summary
We are looking for a French Tutor/Teacher who has experience teaching elementary or middle school students. IB French teaching experience is a strong asset. The ideal candidate brings creativity, patience, and a fun teaching style to help students build confidence and succeed.
Responsibilities
- Provide engaging French lessons tailored to each student
- Support homework, class material, and test preparation
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with Ontario or IB expectations
- Track progress and give clear feedback
- Maintain a positive, motivating learning environment
- Communicate with parents or school staff when needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of French teaching or tutoring experience
- Experience with IB French preferred
- Strong communication and classroom skills
- Reliable, punctual, patient, and adaptable
- Ability to create fun, effective lessons
- Understanding of Ontario curriculum is an asset
- Reliable transportation is an advantage
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
