Job Overview
As a Packager, you will be responsible for packaging finished gluten-free baked goods while ensuring products meet our quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values efficiency, and takes pride in producing quality products.

Our packagers are compensated based on the number of units they package. This means your productivity directly impacts your earnings that the more you efficiently package, the more you can earn. Responsibilities
- Package baked goods accurately and efficiently
- Follow packaging guidelines and quality standards
- Label and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety and gluten-free handling procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Previous bakery, food production, or packaging experience is an asset (training provided)
Availability Requirements
- Must be available to work shifts between Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Flexible availability within these hours is preferred
