Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Aides to provide exceptional in-home support to clients of all ages. This role involves assisting individuals with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting independence within their living environments. Ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in need and possess relevant caregiving experience.
Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
- Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare providers
- Assist with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity
- Support clients with specialized needs such as dementia, hospice, or disabilities
Skills
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, senior care, or hospice care is highly valued
- Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or dementia
- Excellent caregiving skills including meal preparation, medication management, and personal hygiene assistance
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and assisting with mobility tasks
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and healthcare teams
- Ability to work independently while following care plans and safety protocols
- Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail in providing quality home care services

Pay: $15.94-$18.00 per hour
