*Overview*
The Home Care Support Business Development Manager Nurse is a pivotal role that combines nursing expertise with strategic business development skills. This position is responsible for developing our home care support services, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The incumbent will collaborate with healthcare professionals, develop and implement strategic plans, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who is passionate about improving the quality of home-based healthcare services.
*Responsibilities*
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans to grow the home care support business aligned with organizational goals.
- Client & Partner Relations: Identify and build relationships with potential clients, healthcare facilities, and other key stakeholders.
- Presentations & Sales: Create and present compelling pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of services.
- Revenue Targets: Achieve or exceed revenue goals through effective sales strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Work with clinical teams to maintain high service quality and address concerns. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of business development associates.
*Experience*
· Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Alberta.
· Proven track record in healthcare business development, sales, or a related role.
· Strong understanding of home care services and industry regulations.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proficient in data analysis and the use of CRM software.
· Leadership and team management experience.
