We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Staff Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy team in Petawawa, Ontario. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community with significant healthcare needs, within a team-based collaborative environment that emphasizes patient-centered care.
Our pharmacy team includes 1–2 Pharmacists and 4-5 Pharmacy Assistants, managing an average of 200–300 prescriptions daily. We benefit from experienced support staff and streamlined systems that facilitate smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. Services provided include Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT), MedsCheck Services, Minor Ailments Prescribing, Travel Health Consultations, Blister Packaging, and Immunizations & Vaccinations.
Primary Duties:
- Provide exceptional pharmaceutical care and comprehensive patient education
- Deliver clinical services such as OAT, minor ailments, and vaccinations
- Work alongside pharmacy staff to maintain efficient daily operations
- Comply with provincial regulations and uphold professional standards
- Cultivate a welcoming, patient-centered atmosphere
Requirements:
- Must hold or be eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist in Ontario
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with OAT and clinical services preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $65-$70
Signing Bonus: $10,000 (1-year commitment) or $20,000 (2-year commitment)
Vacation: 2–3 weeks annually
