Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Guitar and Ukulele Instructor to join our team on Saturdays at our North York location.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging guitar and ukulele lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.
- Develop customized lesson plans that cater to individual student needs.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and confidence.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall program.
- Maintain a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere.
- Promote the academy's mission by inspiring a love for music among students.
Qualifications
- Proven experience teaching guitar and ukulele.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate students.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Knowledge of music theory is a plus.
- Passion for performing arts education.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans.
- Previous classroom or tutoring experience is advantageous.
