We are excited to announce our search for a Full Time Guest / part time Service professional
Your Responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking in guests
- Selling wax/laser packages and retail products
- Point of sale operations
- Coordinating appointments
- Appointment confirmation & scheduling
- Opening & closing duties
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- General administration responsibilities
- Answering calls and emails
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Reception / customer service
- Able to communicate effectively
- Professional and motivated
- Self-starter
- Hospitality-focused approach/attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task duties
- Able to work some weekends and evenings
