Nextgen Systems Canada is hiring experienced I&R Copper and Fiber Technicians in North Vancouver, BC. We are looking for motivated technicians with strong hands-on experience who are ready to join a growing telecommunications team.
What You’ll Do
- Install and repair copper and fiber services for residential and small business customers
- Troubleshoot internet, phone, and data services
- Perform fiber splicing, termination, testing, and structured cabling
- Diagnose and resolve copper and fiber service issues
- Work safely at heights using ladders and appropriate equipment
- Deliver professional and reliable customer service
- Follow company safety, quality, and technical standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of Copper/Fiber I&R experience preferred
- Experience with fiber splicing and copper troubleshooting
- Knowledge of structured wiring, networking, and low-voltage systems
- Bell Canada or Bell MTS experience is a strong asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Willing to relocate to North Vancouver, BC if required
- White vehicle required for work and commuting purposes
