Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreperson or Lead Electrician in high-end residential electrical construction is required.
- Red Seal is required.
- FSR-B is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, codes, and installation methods.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents related to residential electrical projects.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and project management software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code.
