Overview
We are looking for someone to join our small, team. This is a hands-on production role focused on pumping, labeling, and packaging fragrance oils.
If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and love the idea of working in a fragrance filled warehouse (without taking yourself too seriously), this might be your dream job.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately pump, pour, and label fragrance oils into various sizes and packaging formats.
- Safely move 100-400 lb fragrance barrels using manual equipment (no lifting those solo!).
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safe handling practices.
- Prepare and package customer orders for shipment.
- Restock packaging and inventory materials as needed.
- Support general warehouse organization and light production tasks.
- Be comfortable appearing in social media content (behind the scenes clips, team reels, etc.).
- Communicate with the team about low-stock items, quality issues, or packaging needs.
Requirements
- Comfortable being on your feet for the duration of your shift.
- Must wear steel-toe boots (safety first!).
- Ability to safely maneuver 100-400 lb barrels with manual equipment.
- Basic math skills for measuring, batching, and labeling.
- Comfortable climbing step ladders and lifting up to 2 lbs overhead.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a small production space.
- Please note: our warehouse does not have windows, which can be a factor for some people.
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
