Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities, and we are always looking for bright new talent to join our team! We currently have a full-time opportunity for a Specialist RMN Strategy & Operations. This role is based out of our office located in Halifax, NS.
Here's where you;ll be focusing:
- Oversee and streamline RMN operational processes, identifying gaps and driving continuous process improvement.
- Act as the coordination point between key stakeholders (Media Planning, Sales Ops, Finance, Ad Ops, and Customer Success) to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
- Support the financial operations ,ensuring consistency in billing and reconciliations.
- Drive training and enablement on RMN processes, tools, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance across teams.
- Coordinate the rollout of the OMS (Order Management System), ensuring cross-functional alignment, workflow clarity, and adherence to full process requirements.
- Monitor process performance, track SLAs, and flag risks with solution recommendations.
- Document workflows, maintain process playbooks, and support change management as new systems or policies are introduced.
- Partner with other lines of business to anticipate process impacts, align operating models, and ensure seamless integration across teams.
What you have to offer:
- Minimum of 7+ years work experience
- Prior experience managing large projects preferred
- Prior advertising/ media / marketing experience (agency experience an asset)
