About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and passionate User Experience (UX) Designer to join our growing team. Your primary responsibilities as the UX Designer on our team will be to conduct user research to design efficient and beautiful user experiences and interfaces for our software solutions.
In your role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients, product managers, and developers. The ideal candidate for this role has experience translating requirements, to concepts, wireframes, and user interfaces.

Responsibilities:
· Participate actively in the entire UX design process from user research to wireframing/prototyping
· Create user journey maps, user flows, wireframes, user interface mock-ups, and prototypes to convey the user experience vision
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to clearly understand business objectives, success criteria and feature requirements
· Effectively document and communicate use cases, features, requirements and work flows with end-users and team mates
· Actively participate in development sprints, workshops, and discussions that include engineers, product managers and creative designers to solicit input
· Stay current with and use industry best practices of good UX design standards and design processes
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum of one year of experience in UX research and design relating to software
· Completion of a Degree, Diploma, or relevant work experience in the field of digital design
· Advanced proficiency in Figma
· Proficiency and understanding of user research methods and approaches
· Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
· Familiarity with desktop, web and mobile app development processes and technologies
Experience with the following is an asset and preferred:
· Health care and medicine
· Artificial intelligence
· Project management and design source control tools
