Job Description
- Working with your Team effectively, doing procedures correctly to get the job done right and Jiffy.
- Once Trained, able to work independently without supervision within the team environment.
- Inspect customers vehicles and being hands on.
- Perform automotive services to help customers maintain and protect their second or first largest investment.
- Develop a full understanding of company objectives, policies and procedure.
- Working Closely with the customers and giving them full confidence in our work.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
What We Need
- 1 year of Technical Automotive experience is required but our onsite training will also be provided regardless.
- Mechanically inclined helps with training and may move you through training rapidly.
- Must be accustomed to a fast-paced environment, works hard and can take direction well.
- Must have a high degree of integrity, be personable and love communicating with Customers.
- Attention to detail and ability to notice things and take action.
- Enjoys working in a team environment.
- Must have a valid G driver's license.

Training you'll get
- Complete our Certification programs including Hood Technician, Lower Level Technician and Service Advisor and Tire Technician.
- Training will continue with other supervisor positions including Inventory Supervisor, Admin Supervisor, Health and Safety Rep.
- Potential Supervisor/Key Holder and Assistant Manager and even Manager training.
