B-LEGACY INC. is a growing commercial cleaning and facility maintenance company serving clients across Manitoba, Alberta, and British Columbia.
We are currently seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Casual / On-Call Commercial & Residential Cleaning Technician to support our expanding operations in Calgary.
This flexible position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently and take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services. Assignments are based on client needs and may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
As the successful candidate, you will represent B-LEGACY INC. professionally while maintaining our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. As our operations continue to grow, this position may lead to a permanent part-time or full-time opportunity.
Duties
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all assigned areas.
- Clean kitchens, washrooms, offices, common areas, and other client spaces.
- Handle laundry duties when required, including washing, folding, and organizing linens.
- Restock cleaning supplies and consumable products as needed.
- Follow all company cleaning procedures, quality standards, and safety policies.
- Complete assigned jobs independently and within scheduled timeframes.
- Inspect completed work to ensure B-LEGACY INC.'s quality standards are met.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products according to manufacturer instructions.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and management.
- Report completed work, maintenance concerns, or supply shortages promptly.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing B-LEGACY INC.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of residential and/or commercial cleaning experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, honest, punctual, and professional.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Bilingual (English and French) is considered a strong asset.
- WHMIS certification is an asset (training may be provided).
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable personal vehicle (required).
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, carry equipment, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
- Available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Willing to travel to various client locations throughout Calgary.
