Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team and provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients' homes. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare light meals or assist with basic cooking tasks as needed by clients
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Organize household items to optimize space and functionality
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences or special requests
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning appointments within designated timeframes
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or related fields such as hospitality or housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Ability to demonstrate good time management to ensure timely completion of all duties
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and basic cooking is advantageous
- Customer service experience that reflects professionalism and attentiveness to client needs
