We're looking for an experienced dental professional to help lead a busy, patient-focused practice in Spruce Grove. As our Assistant Practice Manager, you'll work alongside the Practice Manager to support daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and help deliver an exceptional patient experience.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong dental office experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of a busy dental practice
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and workflow management
- Coach, mentor, and support administrative team members
- Help maintain an efficient patient schedule and positive patient experience
- Assist with billing, reporting, and administrative responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures
- Help resolve patient concerns professionally
- Support practice growth through strong leadership and teamwork
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of dental office experience required
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- Experience with scheduling, insurance billing, and patient communication
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
