Job Overview
We are seeking a Traffic Control Supervisor to oversee daily operations and coordinate traffic control activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, organizing work schedules, and ensuring that operations run efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Develop specific plans to prioritize
- Organize tasks to accomplish the work
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Prepare and submit reports
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Arrange training for staff
- Conduct performance reviews
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Receive orders from traffic controllers
Employment Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of related work experience
- Experience supervising staff in a related field
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
Computer and technology knowledge
