We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as Hotel Maintenance Staff. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining commercial or residential properties and a strong commitment to ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Replace or repair appliances and damaged bathroom fixtures; executes general plumbing as needed
- Maintain overall appearance of rooms, does touch-up painting, etc.
- Repair and maintain room's heating/ventilating/air conditioning systems
- Proven experience in maintenance - Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
- Clean and maintain the pool to the required standard.
- Maintain the condition of hotel lobby and parking lot.
- Maintain operating equipment in working condition by performing routine equipment checks and repairs
- Take on the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and use their best judgment to help resolve the concern
- Coordinate with Front Desk
- Perform other duties as required to provide the genuine hospitality
- Flexible schedule must be willing to work any day of the week.
