Mercedes-Benz Peterborough is looking for a Parts Advisor to join their growing team!
In this role you will assist customers and technicians with parts selection, building estimates, ordering/receiving parts and processing transactions. Candidates must be outgoing and have above average phone skills, highly motivated with good organizational and attention to detail. Experience as a Parts or Service Advisor in the automotive industry is preferred . This position is suitable for someone who thrives in a fast paced, team, and customer focused environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Daily duties of the Parts Advisor are as follows:
- Answer phones and emails from customers with parts inquiries.
- Provide premium customer service.
- Prepare invoices and quotes using various software applications- primarily CDK.
- Assist walk-in retail customers.
- Order and receive parts orders.
- Source parts in electronic parts catalogue or elsewhere as needed.
- Various warehouse duties including stock picking, stock counting, stocking shelves, tidying and organization.

- Proven ability to take initiative and execute plans.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a team
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
- CDK/ADP Experience is preferred
This is a Full- time position we are looking to fill. The schedule will consist of Tuesday-Saturday shift.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
