As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Duties
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Demonstrate strong upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering processes.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Provide technical sales support, answering customer inquiries regarding product specifications and usage.
- Uphold store standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation of merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in technology sales or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering procedures.
- Ability to learn quickly about new products and technologies.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
