Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Tenants, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. Your responsibilities will include addressing tenant inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive experience that fosters tenant loyalty. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish/french are highly valued to serve our diverse client base effectively. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and has a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Perform accurate data entry to update tenant records and transaction details
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and policies to provide accurate information
- Follow up with tenants to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall tenant experience
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish/French is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Proficiency in data entry and analysis skills for managing tenant information effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated tenant service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of Yardi, LTB -RTA rules and regulations
- 0-1 year of experience in Property Management
Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
