Job Description: Quarterly Inspector/ Handyman
- Conduct thorough property inspections in both tenanted and vacant units
- Test smoke alarms, CO detectors, check fire extinguishers and exchange and change furnace filters as needed
- Complete inspection reports in detail and document with photos
- Communicate to Maintenance department of repairs/issues required at the property, in detail
- Conduct small repairs on-site (eg. changing locks, putting together lawn mowers, caulking tub surrounds, etc.)
- Follow schedule provided by maintenance department
- Pick-up supplies and run errands as needed
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
- Interact with tenants in a professional manner
- Must have good time management skills as well as work well both independently and as a team
- Experience with tools, and familiarity with Google Suite is a must
- Valid drivers license is a must

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
