Caelum Search Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate to join our burgeoning boutique executive search firm. In this role, you will champion the power of our technology platforms to conduct research and support executive recruitment efforts. You will be working directly with senior recruiters spearheading industry and candidate research to assist in managing all stages of the assignment cycle. Executive recruiting is a form of management consulting that involves intensive research. Your typical responsibilities will include the following:
- Creating and posting job advertisements
- Reviewing candidate applications and qualifying candidates against client requirements
- Designing and executing multi-criteria candidate searches using online networks and internal and external databases
- Conducting in-depth market and industry research
- Uploading, tracking and maintaining pertinent candidate and search progress details to recruitment software
- Assist search leader in scheduling interviews and preparing candidate presentation details
No recruiting industry experience is required. The opportunity is ideally suited for individuals who work with urgency, drive results and who are intrinsically motivated to achieve. We’re looking for the following:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma with demonstrated academic achievement
- Excellent communication and writing skills including spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Proficient computer skills
- A strong work ethic
- Basic understanding of Boolean search principles ideal but not a must

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
