Tri-City Refrigeration Inc. is a premier, growing HVAC and refrigeration company servicing Terrace, BC, and the surrounding areas. We are seeking a skilled, self-driven Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. A significant portion of this role will focus on Building Management Systems (BMS) and automated controls installation, making it an excellent opportunity for an electrician who loves technical troubleshooting and modern control systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute electrical installations, with a heavy emphasis on BMS, DDC, and automated control systems.
- Read, interpret, and troubleshoot complex electrical schematics and control layouts.
- Collaborate closely with our HVAC and refrigeration technicians on commercial and institutional projects.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Plan tasks efficiently to optimize project timelines while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Red Seal Electrician Certificate (Required).
- Strong working knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code.
- Proven experience or deep familiarity with Controls/BMS/DDC systems.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
- An FSR (Field Safety Representative) A or B Certificate is an asset.
- Must be bondable and able to pass standard security clearances.
