Duties
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to tables, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, resetting for new guests, and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
- Support food preparation tasks such as garnishing dishes, organizing supplies, and restocking service stations.
- Ensure food safety standards are followed by practicing proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and address any guest needs or special requests.
- Support overall restaurant operations by assisting with setup, breakdown, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.
Experience
- Previous food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving, food preparation, cashiering, and cleaning tasks is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices to ensure guest safety..
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude.
