Responsibilities
- Greet patients and customers warmly, creating a positive and professional experience at the pharmacy counter
- Accurately process cash, credit, account payments, and handle all financial transactions with precision
- Assist pharmacy assistants, technicians and pharmacists by providing basic information and answering routine questions
- Maintain organized records of transactions and ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Support inventory management by notifying staff of low stock levels and assisting with stock replenishment when needed
- Provide excellent patient care by addressing inquiries courteously and guiding patients to appropriate pharmacy services
