Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales environment.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Manage Inventory and update information in system.
- Able to receive delivery and able to carry boxes to freezer.
- The boxed can weight up to 40 pounds.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or sales environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm for learning, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
