Deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction you make
Facilitate & distribute customer service request to team members and various internal partners
Accurately complete documents to ensure retention of customers
Maintain contact with other financial institutions to facilitate transfers of assets to Canada Life
Consistently communicate with team members and internal partners to ensure customer needs are satisfied
Communicate directly with customers (phone & email) to facilitate their requests
Work collaboratively with team to provide best-in-class customer experience
Qualifications & Competencies:
Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills
Bilingual French and English required
Strong time management skills
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and contribute to creative solutions
Strong listening and communication skills
Sound working knowledge of MS Office products and Access databases
Good knowledge of pension, savings, investment products and services
Post-secondary education with at least three to five years industry experience
Retirement Plans Associate Designation (RPA) and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) is considered an asset
