A well-established, market leading industrial contractor, is currently in search of a Tool Crib /Delivery Driver for immediate full-time employment.
Job Purpose: The Tool Crib/Delivery Driver will be responsible for supporting the organization with ensuring accuracy when picking up and delivering products at customer sites in a safe and timely manner to scheduled customer sites.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Delivery of tools at customer site in company vehicles therefore a clean, valid driver’s license is required
- Ensure maintenance logs are current and accurate
- Preparing job boxes for site.
- Perform regular maintenance on tools, and other equipment.
- Ensure the safe operation of all Tool Crib inventory.
- Cleaning the shop (mop and bucket, wiping machines, sweeping etc).
- Load/unload trucks with pallet trucks, forklift, or telehandler.
Requirements:
- G Class Driver's License
- 1-3 years experience an asset
- A clean driver's abstract is imperative
- Ability to complete all required paper work within an allocated time frame
- High School Diploma / Equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Great Customer Service and Client Relations
- Ability to work independently
