Overview
We are seeking motivated Entry-Level Data Entry Associates & Administration & Culture Coordinators to join our dynamic team. This full-time or part-time role offers an excellent opportunity to develop administrative skills within a professional environment. The position involves supporting various office functions, maintaining data accuracy, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills, proficiency with office software, and a customer-focused attitude. Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or medical/dental office environments is a plus but not required. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to a collaborative company culture.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems
- Manage filing systems and maintain organized records
- Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software
- Respond to customer inquiries with professional phone etiquette and provide excellent customer support
- Coordinate office activities related to company culture initiatives and employee engagement programs
- Support medical or dental office administrative functions if applicable, including patient record management and appointment scheduling
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and basic bookkeeping preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and demonstrate professional phone etiquette
- Previous office experience or customer service background is advantageous
- Capable of proofreading documents for errors and maintaining high-quality work standards
- Strong typing speed and proficiency in using office equipment such as scanners and printers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in medical or dental offices, including familiarity with front desk operations or medical office procedures, is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
