They bring a deep understanding of recruitment marketing or consumer marketing principles, with the ability to translate insights and data into effective strategies that drive awareness and conversion.
They are highly collaborative and skilled at building relationships across diverse stakeholder groups, with excellent communication and influencing skills. The ideal candidate has experience managing external agencies and vendors, leading large-scale marketing projects, and working with analytics and reporting tools to measure performance and optimize outcomes.
The successful candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality. Experience in post-secondary recruitment, international marketing, or working within a large, complex organization is considered an asset.
