We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering various massage techniques tailored to meet the individual needs of clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages.
- Assess clients' needs and tailor treatments accordingly to address specific concerns or areas of tension.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and ready for use.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide guidance on post-treatment care.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, adhering to confidentiality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques and practices.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance the overall client experience.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a valid state license or certification.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A passion for holistic health and wellness, with a commitment to continuous learning in the field of massage therapy.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
